Training -> Leadership Workshop: Effective Employee Evaluations Part II: Giving Difficult Feedback

Date: Monday, March 18, 2019
Time: 8:15 am - 12:15 pm

Evaluating your star employee may be easy, but evaluating poor performers can be uncomfortable and stressful. This workshop will focus on how supervisors can give feedback to promote employees' continuous growth. Topics will include: giving balanced feedback; giving respectful feedback; having conversations that motivate the employee; tips for tough conversations, and a future view of the evaluation process.

Our leadership series is designed to meet the needs of experienced supervisors seeking to hone existing skills as well as to give new managers strategies and techniques to successfully transition from staff roles to leadership roles.

Participants must register ahead at https://www.stjacademy.org/academics/adult-education/adult-education-registration-form or by calling Adult Ed Coordinator Marina Cole at 802-748-7738. $75.
