| Burklyn Arts Council is a private, not for profit organization that brings the arts to the schools and communities of Lyndon, Sutton, East Haven, Sheffield, Wheelock, Burke, and Newark, Vermont. Fifteen trustees direct the council's activities along with help from members and community volunteers. Two craft fairs each year, featuring juried Vermont craftspeople, support our programs. |

| Vermont artist Meryl Lebowitz has been creating unique visual art for more than 30 years. A self-taught oil painter, Lebowitz has experimented with painting not only on canvas and paper, but on a variety of unlikely surfaces, from violins to scrap metal. Her paintings range from the realistic to the surrealistic, often combining photographs with the painted image.Her subjects are familiar: local faces and landscapes, the interior of her studio or favorite restaurants, friends and family, but their appeal is universal. Her award winning work can be found in collections throughout the United States. |

| Northeast Kingdom Artisans Guild is a Vermont cooperative featuring beautiful collections of fine, handmade crafts and fine art by more than 100 artisans. With a focus on traditional crafts, the Northeast Artisans Guild is dedicated to exhibiting a wide selection of fine traditional and contemporary crafts in a variety of disciplines. They include baskets, clay, fiber, jewelry, glass, metal, paper and wood. Fine art includes prints, watercolors, photography and oils. The store features only Vermont-made artwork and pieces. |
