We are a full-service rehabilitation center with physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy located in St. Johnsbury, in Vermont's Northeasat Kingdom.

We provide short-term rehab, respite care, and long-term care services. We have 24-hour nursing care. We provide all services to meet all of our residents needs: dietary, housekeeping and laundry, as well as a great activities department to keep folks entertained.
