NPR Music calls Cricket Blue "master storytellers" and the All Scene Eye says Cricket Blue "sets a new standard for fiction-folk."¯ When you first hear the haunting chamber folk of Laura Heaberlin and Taylor Smith, you might think of Simon & Garfunkel or Gillian Welch and David Rawlings.
