TAP into FILM 48 Hour Student Film Slam APRIL 28-30

No experience or equipment? No problem.  Enroll in the ree socapa 48hr filmmaking workshop.  Get expert guidance from Socapa's film faculty as well as gear for the weekend and a reserved editing computer.  Sign up now to reserve your spot.

Write, direct, edit and premiere a film in 48 hours.  Teams of 3-5 students from across the region compete for $1000 in cash prizes.  Event starts at 5pm on Friday, April 28th and culminates with the award ceremony at 6:30 on Sunday, April 30th.

Benefit Dance Recital

This year's recital is to benefit the Lyndon Area Youth Hockey Association.



Dancers from Lyndon Institute, Lamoille Union High School, Dance Express, St. Johnsbury Ballet Studio and students under the direction of Taryn Colby and Dina Danielson will bring choreography to showcase on the LI Alumni Auditorium stage. Atwater - Donnelly

A delightful program of traditional American and Celtic folk songs and percussive dance.  Aubrey Atwater and Elwood Donnelly blend gorgeous harmonies and play an astonishing array of instruments.



This concert is a co-presentation of the Kingdom Mountain Dulcimers and Catamount Arts. The duo will conduct a dulcimer workshop the following day(please contact Nola Forbes,  email - vtpiecer@yahoo.com)

St. Johnsbury World Maple Festival

Outside event including demonstrations, entertainment, makers, and food and craft vendors. 

Booths will consist of a 10 foot square space, and the fee will again be $30 for each booth required.  Confirmations of your space and details will be sent two weeks prior to this event.  Set up and ready to go no later than 9:30am. Take down may not begin before 4pm.  Your venue would be an asset to the Maple Festival and we encourage you to participate on the exciting day.  Reservations prior to March 1st.

4th Annual H.O.P.E. Color Walk & Run

Course runs the length of Little Stevens Loop. Course open at 10:30am and the kids course opens at 11:00am.

Ages 16 - $20; Age 15 and under - $10; Kids course - $5.  Lyndon State College Students are free.  The first 500 registrants receive a free T-shirt!

Kingdom Ring
