Employees can choose the benefits that best suit their individual needs and circumstances. Colonial Life offers variety of different benefit levels and options to choose from so premiums will vary from one employee to another. That’s where csOne comes in! Enrollment agents will meet individually (via phone or virtual meeting) to understand the employee’s needs and calculate their monthly premium. After employee meetings have wrapped up, csOne will send a report of payroll deductions to the employer.
