Independence Day Weekend in Island Pond

The Island Pond Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce our full July 4th Weekend Celebration. We are going to kick the weekend off at 7 pm on FRIDAY, July 2nd with Evansville Transit Authority returning to the Pavilion stage in Lakeside Park.

The parade will start off the SATURDAY festivities at 11 am followed by the Brighton Post chicken barbecue. The Great Island Pond Scavenger Hunt starts at 1 pm. Saturday evening will start with Kat's Rock n Kountry at 6 pm and ending with the NEK’s favorite fireworks display at 9:30 pm.

The Hearth & Home Country Store will wrap up the festivities with a wine tasting on SUNDAY afternoon. We look forward to welcoming everyone back after a very long year!
