Students in the LI dance program get the opportunity to develop their own technical, artistic, and creative skills in dance by opting to participate in the annual Student Dance Showcase. Students who opt to participate have a timeline to follow in which Mrs. McGregor is available to assist and guide them along the pathway to success in creating their own choreographic study. Students who successfully complete their choreographies by deadlines can perform their work for friends and families on the LI stage in an informal performance experience.
The event is free and open to the LI community and by special invitation to others by the dance participants.
